At the initial assessment at the Somatosensory Rehabilitation Centre on June 29th 2022 (T0) (Freiburg, Switzerland), the 54-year-old patient had been suffering for 264 months.

Neuropathic Conditions
Permanent brachial neuralgia of the anterior branch of medial cutaneous nerve of the right and left forearms (stage IV of Aβ axonal lesions) with mechanical allodynia.

Table I: During the 11 somatosensory rehabilitation of neuropathic pain sessions (t=107), the decrease of the neuropathic pain is correlated with, at first, the disappearance of mechanical allodynia, then, with the normalization of the underlying hypoaesthesias. SMA: Static Mechanical Allodynia; Static 2 pts(s): static two-point discrimination test; PPT(s): Pressure Perception Threshold; MPQ: McGill Pain Questionnaire; ND: Non-Determined.
