At the initial assessment at the Somatosensory Rehabilitation Centre on November 28th 2022 (t227) (Freiburg, Switzerland), the 49-year-old female had been suffering for 36 months.

Status post Metatarsal I Osteotomy with Neuropathic Condition

Permanent sciatic neuralgia of medial plantar nerve of the left foot (stage IV of Aβ axonal lesions) with static mechanical allodynia.

Table I: During the 18 sessions of somatosensory rehabilitation of neuropathic pain (t=147 ), the decrease of the neuropathic pain i.e. sensation of burning pain is correlated with, at first, the disappearance of static mechanical allodynia, then, with the normalization of the underlying hypoaesthesia. “shum dhimbje: numeric scale 1 ) pak 2 ) pak mashum 3 ) shum 4 ) mashum.
